I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Lynchburg for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. One highlight was when my daughter left her cashmere jacket and iPhone behind, the housekeeping and front desk staff promptly found them and notified me. I was impressed with their integrity and professionalism. The breakfast was also quite delicious and plentiful, especially on Saturday. Despite some items running out on Sunday, the kitchen staff did their best to keep up. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the waffles, although having more than just 2 waffle irons would have been great to avoid long waits during peak times.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and it was cleaned to perfection by the friendly house cleaning staff. The hotel itself had an appealing interior and exterior, and it was evident that the building has been well maintained. The breakfast offered was delicious and served early, which was a great benefit. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to restaurants and right next to the airport.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. They were welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were particularly impressed with their willingness to store our bikes and ensure our ice packs stayed frozen. The front desk person even booked our taxi and didn't mind when we were slightly late for breakfast. the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

One situation we had was with our room key.It didn't work three times, which was frustrating as we had to keep going back down to the front desk to get it reset.

Breakfast options were limited when I went at 9:30 on Sunday.Housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times before check-out time, which was surprising.
